Terms & Conditions

Using Maziak Design

Maziak Design LTD provides custom graphic design, branding, packaging artwork, digital design products and client account services through maziakdesign.com. These terms cover use of the website and sit alongside the product description, quotation and order conditions expressly agreed before purchase. An existing order is not retrospectively changed by a later website notice.

Custom design services

Before placing an order, agree the brief, deliverables, price, payment stages, revisions, timescale and any print requirements with Maziak. Extra work or changes to an approved brief require agreement. Check proofs, wording and production specifications before approving manufacture.

Artwork and intellectual property

Only provide artwork, logos, photographs and other material you have permission to use. Supplying a reference does not transfer someone else’s rights. Ownership, licences, source files and permission to reproduce completed work must be agreed for the relevant order. Access to a collection is permission to view it; it does not grant a licence to copy, sell or distribute its designs.

Payments and memberships

Prices, currency, applicable taxes, billing frequency, included services and any minimum term are shown before payment. GBP is the billing currency for Collection plans; a displayed USD conversion is an estimate and your bank may use another rate or charge fees. Check and correct your details before paying. We confirm accepted orders and their terms by email or another form you can save. A visualisation, coin balance or indicative price is not payment confirmation. Coins have no cash value, and a discount applies only when confirmed for the eligible order. Features marked coming soon cannot be purchased or relied on as available.

Collection subscriptions

Managed Collection Studio is an optional service for one individual brand, billed at £150 GBP each month until cancelled. We arrange your supplied new designs, Current Drop and archived stock in your Collection. Included rooms, upload limits and editing features are specified on the plan page before purchase. Bespoke modelling, store/retail projects and additional work require a separate agreed quote. Free member room access does not require this subscription.

You can cancel future renewals in your website account under My Subscriptions, or email lewis@maziakdesign.com with your account and plan details. Cancel before your next renewal to stop the next charge. Unless statutory cancellation or another refund right applies, the current paid period continues to its end; cancelling future renewals does not itself refund a completed billing period. Any change to your existing price or material plan benefits will be notified in advance with an opportunity to cancel before it applies.

Ordering and delivery

Read the product description and check the brief, quantities, deliverables, price and billing details before placing an order. Download products, commissioned artwork, managed design services and any physical goods can have different delivery arrangements; the applicable description or quotation must make those clear. A design visualisation does not guarantee a manufactured result. Do not assume printing, shipping, source files or unlimited revisions are included unless expressly stated.

Cancellations, refunds and your rights

The following cancellation information applies when you buy as a consumer. Business purchases are governed by the agreed order terms and applicable law. Email lewis@maziakdesign.com or write to our registered office to cancel, identifying your order and stating that you wish to cancel. You may use the form below but do not have to. A cancellation sent before the applicable deadline is sufficient.

Services and digital content

For an online service contract, you normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel. If you expressly request work to start in that period and receive the required information, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied before cancellation. You lose that cancellation right after full performance only where you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that consequence. A custom design service is not automatically exempt merely because it is bespoke.

For a digital download, the 14-day cancellation right is lost when supply begins only if you first expressly consent to supply during that period, acknowledge the loss of the right to cancel, and receive confirmation of that agreement. Accepting these general terms alone does not provide that consent. Without the required consent and confirmation, your applicable cancellation right remains.

Physical goods and refunds

For ordinary goods bought online, tell us within 14 days of receiving them if you wish to cancel, then return them within 14 days of telling us. Unless we agree otherwise or the goods are faulty, you pay the direct return cost. Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised are generally exempt from a change-of-mind cancellation; faulty or misdescribed goods remain protected. Contact us before returning goods so we can confirm the correct return address.

Where cancellation rights apply, refunds are made using the original payment method without a refund fee, normally within 14 days of your cancellation notice. For returned goods we may wait until we receive them or evidence of return. We refund the standard outward delivery charge, but not an extra premium delivery cost you chose, and may deduct for handling beyond what is reasonably needed to inspect goods. Lawful charges for services you expressly requested during the cancellation period may apply.

Goods, digital content and services must meet applicable consumer standards. Contact us about faulty, misdescribed or unsatisfactory work; the appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, repeat performance, price reduction or refund. Nothing here excludes mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers outside the UK retain any mandatory protections that apply in their country.

Your account and collections

Keep your sign-in secure and do not share another person’s confidential artwork. The public sneak peek contains sample artwork approved for public display. Private member collections and item breakdowns require the appropriate access permission. Where visit controls are available, an owner can approve or revoke a visitor. A visit does not grant any right to copy or reuse artwork. Customer sharing and upload features are released only when their access and safety checks are available; features shown as unavailable remain unavailable.

Abuse and access restrictions

The Content & Safety rules apply to material you contribute and to your interactions with other members. Maziak may withhold, remove or restrict content or access where needed to investigate abuse, protect people or comply with the law. Contact Maziak if you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly.

Updates and contact

Material changes to these terms will be brought to your attention before they apply where required. A later notice does not retrospectively change an agreed order. Contact Maziak Design LTD using the contact link below about orders, complaints or these terms.

Privacy Policy

Who is responsible

Maziak Design LTD is the controller for personal information used to provide its website and design services. Contact lewis@maziakdesign.com or write to our registered office shown above about privacy or your rights.

Information you provide

We receive information directly from you through enquiries, briefs, uploads, purchases and account settings. This may include your name, email, phone number, business name, project brief, references, member identifier, profile, orders, subscriptions, rewards, private artwork, visit permissions and saved room settings. Wix supplies account, transaction and entitlement records to administer the service; a member requesting a visit supplies their display details and request. Payment processing uses the options identified at checkout. Do not send card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information in a brief.

Information from using the website

Wix hosts the website and provides account, form, commerce and website statistics services. Ordinary connection and security information, including IP address, browser/device information and use of website pages, may be processed to deliver the site, prevent abuse and understand its operation. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookies section below.

Why we use information

Our lawful bases are: contract or steps you request before a contract, for enquiries, agreed projects, accounts and orders; legal obligation, for accounting and other required records; and legitimate interests, for proportionate account security, fraud prevention, handling disputes and protecting customers from abuse. We balance these interests against your rights. Consent is used for optional marketing and optional tracking where required, and can be withdrawn. Agreeing to service terms is not consent to those optional uses. Required order/account details are necessary to provide that service; without them we may be unable to fulfil your request. We do not use solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Who receives information

Information is available to Maziak and service providers that need it to host the site, process a payment, administer an account, deliver agreed work or investigate a safety concern. Wix and the payment service shown at checkout handle relevant information under their applicable arrangements. Approved collection visitors receive the designs and display information you permit them to see; your permission to visit is not permission to disclose unrelated account or payment information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect people from serious harm.

International processing

Wix and its providers may process information outside the UK, including in Israel and other countries identified in Wix’s current sub-processor list. Wix’s Data Processing Addendum describes applicable adequacy decisions and contractual safeguards for onward transfers, including UK safeguards where required. You can read the DPA at wix.com/about/privacy-dpa-users and the sub-processor list in Wix’s Help Centre, or ask us for information or a copy of the relevant safeguards. Other providers used for your order are identified at the point of use, including the payment provider at checkout.

How long information is kept

Enquiries are retained while needed to answer them and manage follow-up. Project files and artwork are retained while needed for the agreed work, active client relationship, agreed archive service or a legitimate dispute. Account information is kept while the account is needed and removed when deletion is completed, except for records that must be retained for legal obligations or a lawful dispute. Records are reviewed and removed when those purposes end; retention must not be indefinite merely because storage is available.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your information and, where applicable, erase it, restrict or object to processing, or receive a portable copy. You can withdraw consent for future consent-based processing. Email lewis@maziakdesign.com with your request; we may need to confirm your identity. We normally respond within one month, subject to any lawful extension. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or another competent authority.

Deletion and shared copies

Email lewis@maziakdesign.com to request deletion of your account and associated personal information. We may verify your identity and will explain any records that must be retained and why. Requests are handled under the privacy-rights response times above. Signing out or uninstalling an app does not delete a website account. You can request deletion without first cancelling billing; tell us about active plans so we can also handle future charges. Copies you independently download or share outside Maziak are outside our account-deletion controls. In-app deletion tools may be unavailable while their release checks are completed; the email route remains available.

Cookies

Essential functions

Wix uses cookies and similar storage for functions such as security, sign-in, consent choices, cart and checkout. Examples include XSRF-TOKEN and hs for security, svSession for signed-in sessions and consent-policy for recorded cookie preferences. Lifetimes vary by purpose, from a browser session to longer-lived account/consent settings; Wix publishes its current cookie names, purposes and durations at support.wix.com/en/article/cookies-and-your-wix-site. Collection also stores your chosen room appearance and display preferences on your device when you use those features. Blocking necessary storage can prevent account and checkout features from working.

Optional analytics and advertising

We have not connected Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other marketing tags in this site’s Wix marketing-tag settings. Where optional analytics, functional or advertising storage is offered, your cookie choices control those categories. You may reject optional categories and change your choice later through cookie settings where displayed. If you choose an external social-media link, the external service applies its own privacy and cookie arrangements. We update this notice and the consent settings before adding any new optional tracking provider.

Cookie details and control

You can remove or block cookies through your browser settings. For details of Wix cookies and current durations, see Wix’s cookie list above. Browser removal does not cancel an account or subscription. Cookie consent, service terms, and marketing email permission are separate choices.

Content & Safety

Your material and behaviour

Only submit or share material you have rights and permission to use. Do not upload confidential or personal information about someone else without a lawful basis. Do not use Maziak’s design or collection services to impersonate, defraud, harass or threaten people.

Prohibited content

Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, human trafficking, non-consensual intimate imagery, pornography, hate, credible threats, fraud and content that encourages violence or illegal activity are prohibited, including where AI tools were used to create it.

Report a concern

Email lewis@maziakdesign.com with the relevant page, collection or design reference, a description of the issue and a safe way to contact you. Do not attach, reproduce or forward illegal imagery. Use report and block controls where available in the app or collection service. If a person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Review and enforcement

Maziak can withhold or remove material, restrict access and investigate reports. Serious exploitation and credible threats receive priority and may need referral to the appropriate authorities. Contact the same email to query a decision. Private uploads or a collection visit approval do not by themselves establish that material is lawful or licensed.

Collection safeguards

The public sample uses artwork approved for public display. Private collection access is restricted to authorised accounts. Updated customer sharing, reporting and blocking features remain limited while their release checks are completed. If an in-service reporting control is unavailable, use lewis@maziakdesign.com. Do not treat a private upload or a visit approval as approval of the content itself.
